With over 20 years in the health and fitness industry, Pilates has become more than just a practice for me — it’s a way of life that supports both physical strength and mental wellbeing.
In 2019, I took my first retreat, driven by a real need to step away from everyday life and truly “get away”. That experience stayed with me and inspired me to create the same opportunity for others.
I’m passionate about the importance of taking time out for yourself and reconnecting with who you are beyond the demands of daily life. For me, retreats offer the perfect space to do just that.
Having experienced first-hand how powerful it can be to pause and reset, I wanted to create something more — a space where movement, rest, and connection come together in a meaningful way.
